Bozzio the Lab Rat

Bozzio is an ex-lab rat who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. He tested beauty products and was the first rodent to successfully grow a human ear on his back. He uses his third ear to spy on characters throughout Kookamonga. He knows what goes on all throughout the city and is the source for digging up dirt on anyone. Bozzio is very materialistic and can be easily bargained with for some knick-knacks.
