I've always dreamed of who I would want to voice my characters. In a perfect world, HSM would be voiced by Bobcat Goldthwait and Frank Whino would be voiced by Wayne Knight. They are both amazing actors and 2 of my favorites! Here are examples of what I imagine my characters to sound like:
Bobcat's famous neurotic character that he used play as in his old stand up routines:
